E-Trace' presents a critical view on the future of the world, the future of human being, and future forms of ‘information’ archaeology. Reflecting on today's mechanised society, we express our fears for the future of human existence through a story that invites people to revalue their connections to the natural world.

The remains from the past could inspired our
future and re-examine our present. So as people
living in the ‘present’, have we ever imagined
how humans in 100 years time will explore OUR
lives? What in our daily lives will form part of
valuable ‘artifacts’ and how will they be stored?
With today’s mechanized society and information
digitalizations, we developed a future narrative
which humans existence is endangered and
human senses are preserved in the form of data.
Eventually becomes the most precious artifacts
for post-human to excavate.
The interactive WEBVR invites users to play the
main role of the narrative, hoping this immersive
experience could initiate thoughts about human
existence and future data transmission.
